Doug and Katy Ripley

Doug and Katy met while he was preaching a revival at her Church in South East Missouri.  They went to College together and were married November 23, 1972.  They have two children, Jeremy who is in heaven, and Jessica Ripley Higdon.  They have four grandchildren.

They had the privilege of pastoring two Churches, Open Door Baptist in Morristown, Tn. for 12 years and Decatur Baptist in Decatur, Al. for 34 years.  The last 16 ½ years as Lead Pastor of DBC the Church gave over $14, 880,000.00 to missions.

​

Still young at 67 and 65 years old, the Ripley’s have a desire to help Churches and Para Church Ministries in knowing how to raise the needed funds to do Ministry and Missions.  Doug’s goal is to help raise $250, 000,000.00 for Missions between Now (January 2020) and Heaven.

On this site we offer free sermons that Bro. Ripley has preached to anyone who desires to use them.  Bro. Doug is a very gifted speaker for any occasion and Katy is a wonderful communicator with women of all ages.  Please let them know if they can be of help to you and your ministry.
